Funeral services for Pamela Duckett, 48, of Cushing will be held Saturday, July 23rd at 4pm at Dickie Allen Funeral Home in Cushing with Rev. David Snelson officiating. Burial will be at Cushing City Cemetery. Pam was born on March 25, 1968 in DeRidder, LA to Carolyn Vaught. Pam lived most of her life in the Cushing area and was a member of Landmark Baptist Church. Pam attended school in Nacogdoches and Cushing. She was a Rural Route Carrier for the United States Postal Service. Pam loved fishing, music, dancing, scary movies, and sports of all kinds. It wasn't safe to sit next to her during boxing or football because she could get excited. She loved the Patriots and absolutely hated the Cowboys. Her greatest passion in life was her family and her children and granddaughter who were the center of her world. She is a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt and friend to many. She is survived by her husband, Joe Duckett; son Justin Doles and wife Cheyenne, daughter Emily Duckett, Step son Toadie Duckett and wife Tammy, and grandchildren- Halle Doles, Colton Duckett and Tate Duckett, mother- Carolyn Vaught, Siblings- Melissa Luna and Paul, Shelley Luna and Danny, Will Vaught and Wes. Many Nephews, nieces and great-nephews and great- nieces. Pallbearers: Paul Luna, Toadie Duckett, Danny "DR" Luna, Paul Luna Jr, Jae Luna and Colton Duckett. Visitation will be Friday evening from 6PM until 8PM at the funeral home in Cushing.
