Cushing- A memorial service for Rayford Oran Mixon, Sr., 77, of Cushing, Texas will be held Friday Dec. 22nd at 2pm at the Dickie Allen funeral home chapel. There is no visitation scheduled. Mr. Mixon died Monday Dec 18th in Cushing. He was born June 16th, 1940 in Weslaco, Texas to Earnest and Ethel King Mixon.
