Alto - Memorial services for Zachary Tobias Clemmons, 45, of Lufkin and formerly of Alto will be Saturday, January 14th, at 11 AM in the O.T. Allen & Son Funeral Chapel in Alto. Mr. Clemmons died Thursday, January 5th in Lufkin. He was born May 7th, 1971 in Jacksonville, Texas to Rosie Lee Clemmons. Zach grew up in Alto and was a graduate of Alto High School. He was a friendly and popular student who excelled as a part of the Yellowjacket football team. Zach had an associate''s degree in criminal justice and worked as a correctional officer at the Angelina Juvenile Corrections Center. Zach is survived by daughter Sharon Rose Ritter of Lufkin and brother Lorrean Clemmons of New York as well as grandchildren Honii Rose Dever and Hazira Dever.
