No services are scheduled for Foye Wayne Wiggins, 72, of Palestine. Mr. Wiggins passed away Monday, January 30, in Tyler. Foye was born March 2, 1950 in Center, Texas to Pat Wiggins and Grace Jackson Wiggins. He had lived in Center for many years and Palestine for the last 25 years where he worked at TDCJ. Mr. Wiggins was Baptist and was a handyman who loved to tinker and work in the yard. He was preceded in death by his parents. Foye is survived by his wife Alesha Wiggins of Palestine, sons Patrick Wiggins of Center, Travis Wiggins of Palestine and Codi Day and wife Alyssa of Tyler, daughters Ashley Wiggins of Center and Brianna Anderson and husband Chase of Palestine, sister Patricia Samuels of Center, 15 grandchildren and 18 Fur Babies
