My family lost a loved one, and his service was held here last week. I can not speak highly enough of Flossy and the rest of the staff. They were extremely patient and kind, as well as accommodating. We felt as though they really cared. They also did an outstanding job in preparing our loved one for viewing.

While shopping around for pre funeral services, I came across D.A. Funeral Home. I called to make an appointment to sit down and discuss things. When I arrived I was met by Miguel, he was so professional. Had answers for all my questions (which were too many)! He showed compassion and empathy. He sat and listened to my wants, desires, concerns and needs. Gave me the Avenue to vent and drill him about everything from A-Z so to speak. Has helped me with my deceased mother’s death certificates even though the services were not held there. I was having an extremely difficult time with that and he jumped right on it. Has kept me up to date as soon as he found out any information pertaining to it. I can’t thank him enough for being so helpful and courteous. Miguel, Will set your mind at ease and give you the time you deserve while dealing with your loved ones passing. He will treat you with a level of professionalism that is a rarity these days. He’s not FAKE!!! Which is what this word is turning to. Give them a call and ask for Miguel. You won’t be sorry.

During our time of need we were not prepared at all. Mr. O.T. went about and beyond to assist our family with everything. And he did it with a professional and caring touch. I would like to add that the pricing is more than competitive with other local places. They have definitely earned a customer and many referrals from me.

We live in Pasadena but we've used The Allen's for as long as I can remember as our family is from East Texas. They absolutely do whatever they can to help you and your family in your time of need and to me, that's a rare quality these days!

I absolutely love this family! They definitely go above and beyond for all families and don’t make it seem like just a “job.” They are very respectful and all around amazing people. If you want your loved one to continue to be respected, despite their passing; this is definitely the place!
